Steps in Building Our Fully Custom Design Website

Pre-Production Meeting

Every project we take on is designed to meet specific goals and objectives. Strategic Planning - We are an extension of your company

CCS Interactive takes the time to understand your organization and your goals, to ensure that your brand identity is consistent. We do thorough research analysis though various client meetings making sure that your objectives are met. We not only design beautiful and innovative sites, but we build sites that deliver business.

Design Mock-Ups

You will work closely with the Lead Designer and the Project Manager to ensure that your vision is brought to life. You will always have direct contact with the designer. You will not be passed from person to person, unlike a large design firm. You will always have access to the people building your site.

After approval of the design, the production phase will move into programming.

Programming

The site will be built with features that will be make it editable. In other words, the content management and various components will be built into the design. After programming, you will be able to place content into the website.

Testing and Launching

The site will be thoroughly tested by our team to see the functionality of the site. During the roll out phase, sections of the site are thoroughly scrutinized by our team. Further tweaking of graphics and text content, as well as programming changes, if needed, are completed prior to final launch.

Post-Launch

We continue to be - and always will be - there for you, even after your site is launch. We will thoroughly examine the site once more and check to see if you have any concerns that need to be addressed. We will provide support in how to use our content management software.

On-Going Support / Upgrades

Phone and email support will be provided regarding your site. We pride ourselves in our ability to maintain great client relationships. We will address any ongoing edits to the site, as well as, any additions to the site that you may require. Additional cost will be quoted per upgrade feature addition to the site as needed.
