Three Valleys Municipal Water District

For more than fifteen (15) years Three Valleys Municipal Water District has worked with California Computer Schools for staff training on software ranging from Excel to PageMaker. All of the training was professional, instructions and follow up were all excellent.

Three Valley Municipal Water District has now worked with CCS Interactive (a division of California Computer Schools) for nearly four (4) years on our website redesign and hosting. TVMWD was in need of a website redesign for a number of reasons:
1. Refresh the appearance
2. Redesign the layout of the pages (cut down on the number of pages for clarity)
3. Provide better access to upload documents and information by TVMWD staff

When we first started working with CCS Interactive, we really had no idea on the style, colors or overall appearance we wanted. Their design staff helped layout the draft site and worked patiently with us to make changes and fine tune the site's appearance. Some of the items we wanted for layout were relatively "unique" in that we wanted pages to show only when information was available on those specific pages. They worked through this request and made it a realistic design.

TVMWD has needed minor updates over the last few years, and we have never had a problem with CCS Interactive staff meeting our needs for our website and making changes quickly and professionally.

The website for TVMWD has been hosted by CCS nteractive and to our knowledge wehave not had a site outage since contracting with them in 2013. Their servers have proven to be reliable and maintenance must be seamless - at least from our point of view since we've experienced no downtime.

As a member of WEWAC - Water Education / Water Awareness Committee, TVMWD also assisted with the layout and major redesing of hte usewaterwisely.com site. This site is shared by more than 12 water agencies, spanning two different country service areas. They understood our needs and worked with a divergent group of us to make the new site attractive and easy to update.

It is with no reservation that we recommend CCS Interactive for website design, maintenance and hosting.

Claremont Community School of Music

Claremont Community School of Music has been a customer of CCS Interactive since 2009. Besides creating our beautifully designed website, CCS Interactive has helped us create a specific online timesheet program that is not commercially available. We discussed our requirements with the programming staff and they asked important questions, some of which we had not thought of, and mapped out options for us. The end product has saved us countless hours of manual processing, improved accuracy and reduced a substantial amount of paperwork.

Our faculty also tells us how easy it is to navigate and submit their hours and they always have a real-time record of their student registration activity. We have since requested enhancements to our online timesheet program, which are handled in an expeditious & professional manner and prices are reasonable. Working with CCSI is easy, fun(!) and affordable. We highly recommend their services!
